Supporting Parents
The Safer Communities Alliance is aware that many parents hold concern for the welfare and development of their children, particularly as they move through adolescence. Some may be having difficulties with behaviour management, others purely with communicating with their children. The SCA aims to connect parents with available services to assist them in raising healthy, productive citizens of the Tweed.

The Elderly
Often the least heard segment of the community, SCA is hoping to open lines of communication with the elderly through various means, to establish in what ways they are struggling in terms of personal safety or property protection, and to aim to assist them in any way we can.
