Access through door to Toilets Option for refreshments & Caterers, Local cafe with prior booking (9am -2pm) ---------------------------------------------- Important information • No booking is confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. • Cancellation must be in writing. • Cancellation less than 5 working days in advance – the full fee as set out in the confirmation of booking will be payable. • Cancellation one week to one month in advance – 50% of the full fee will be payable. • Cancellations over one month in advance – there will be a 10% admin charge. • SCA reserves the right of entry during occupation within reason. • SCA is not able to accept responsibility for items left unaccompanied anywhere on the premises. • Exclusive & discounted hire will be considered but often not available due to community activities
